Privacy Policy

Brickhouse Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates brickhouseconsulting.co. This policy explains what we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

It covers this website only. The Brickhouse Mindset™ at Work application is a separate service with its own account system and its own privacy policy, which governs anything you enter there.

1. What we collect

Inquiry information. When you send us a message, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, country, and whatever you choose to write in the message box.

Scheduling information. If you book a call, Calendly collects the name, email address, and time you select, and passes them to us so that we can hold the meeting.

Technical information. Ordinary web server records: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested.

There are no user accounts on this site. We do not ask for payment details here, and we never receive them.

2. How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, to prepare for and hold a call you have scheduled, to keep a record of the conversation so that we can follow up, and to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

Sending an inquiry does not put you on a marketing list. We add no one to one from this form.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information
• We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting, or third-party advertising cookies
• We do not build advertising audiences from your visit
• We do not use what you write to us to train any third-party model

4. Who else handles it

We share your information only with the service providers below, who are permitted to use it solely to provide services to us, and with law enforcement or regulators where legally required.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Storage and security

Your information is stored in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Inquiries are held behind row-level security, which means the records are not readable by the public and are reachable only by the server process that writes them. Access to production data is limited to personnel with a documented operational need.

No system is completely secure. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you without undue delay.

6. Cookies

This site uses only what is necessary to serve the pages. We set no advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing anything on this site.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and scheduling records for as long as there is an active or prospective business relationship, and no longer than twenty four months after our last contact, after which they are deleted.

Records required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes are kept for as long as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, request its deletion, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent for anything optional.

9. State privacy rights

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the rights described above, and additionally:

• The right to know what categories of personal information we collect and why, which are set out in sections 1 and 2
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do none of these
• The right not to be discriminated against for exercising any privacy right
• The right to appeal a decision we make about your request, by replying to our response

10. Children

This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.

11. Links to other sites

This site links to external services, including our scheduling page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and we will notify anyone with an open inquiry by email. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
